    We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team and handle the end-to-end sales cycle. The BDE will be primarily responsible for talking to prospects who will be business owners or key decision-makers of small and medium businesses and pitching them Emipro’s services & solutions through a consultative sales approach.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services & solutions, the target market and competition.
    • Educate and guide prospects on how Emipro’s services & solutions can help their business.
    • Manage a pipeline of leads & opportunities to engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
    • Understand the prospect’s business needs & processes and guide them on how Emipro’s services & solutions can be a strategic investment to help them achieve their goals.
    • Deliver impactful demonstrations of Emipro’s solutions to the prospects.
    • Provide assistance in gathering custom requirements from the prospect and preparing a final scope of work that can be proposed to the prospects.
    • Consistently close deals with new business through a consultative sales approach.
    • Strategically upsell/cross-sell Emipro’s services & solutions to the prospects.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions or releases new products.

    Required Skills

    • 2+ Years of Experience in Sales & Business Development
    • Possess excellent consultative selling skills
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • High fluency in the English language
    • Flair for learning technology and business concepts
    • Basic understanding of ERP/eCommerce concepts
