• Odoo integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., marketplaces, shipping providers, or payment gateways), any issues originating from those integrations are not covered under this pack.
• Fixing or restructuring existing Odoo configurations, this includes scenarios where the application depends on underlying Odoo configurations being set up correctly, such as:
• Taxes and fiscal positions
• Accounting-related mappings
• Inventory and warehouse settings
• Payment methods and transaction flows
• Shipping methods and operational rules

Prerequisites for a Smooth Go-Live

For a smooth and successful implementation, ensure the following are ready:

• Unique SKU / Internal Reference must be set for each products
• Taxes, Journals and Fiscal Positions configurations should be properly configured.
• Warehouse and inventory setup
• Payment and transaction workflows
• Shipping and delivery methods

Delivery Guidelines

• Service Hours: 09:30–12:30 IST & 14:30–19:00 IST (Monday to Friday)
• Prerequisites: All required access and necessary information must be provided by the customer prior to implementation
• Validity: The service is valid for 30 days from the date of activation or purchase.
• Go-Live Support: Includes 7 days of post go-live assistance
• Scope: Applicable for a single store setup only
• Scheduling: Meetings will be scheduled based on team availability
• Implementation Process: Implementation will be conducted through scheduled meetings in the presence of both the customer and an Emipro application expert
• Coverage: Includes only standard configuration and setup of the Emipro application
