Job Responsibilities


  1. Infrastructure & Endpoint Support
    1.  Provide L1/L2 support for Ubuntu-based desktops, laptops, and Linux systems.
    2. Troubleshoot OS, network, VPN, authentication, printer, and performance-related issues.
    3. Maintain endpoint readiness and support operational continuity.
  2. User Access & Identity Management
    1. Support onboarding, offboarding, MFA enrollment, password resets, and access provisioning.
    2. Manage email accounts, VPN access, and internal tools as per company policies.
  3. Network Operations Support
    1. Support LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and ISP coordination.
    2. Ensure stable and secure network operations.
  4. Linux Administration & Monitoring
    1. Perform Linux administration activities including service management, SSH troubleshooting, patching, system monitoring, and log analysis.
    2. Monitor infrastructure alerts, VPN events, and operational anomalies.
  5. Infrastructure Operations & Compliance
    1. Maintain endpoint hygiene, documentation, inventory records, and operational compliance standards.
    2. Support automation-driven operations and policy-based configuration activities.
  6. Incident Management
    1. Escalate critical incidents and support troubleshooting during outages or operational disruptions.
    2. Maintain structured communication during operational pressure situations.

Must Haves

  1. 0–2 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Networking, Hardware Support, or IT Operations
  2. Hands-on exposure to Linux or networking environments
  3. Strong troubleshooting ability and operational discipline
  4. Understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure concepts
  5. Passion for learning infrastructure and automation technologies
  6. Comfortable working in operational environments requiring reliability and ownership
