Job Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Requirement Discovery: The Business Analyst will conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and objectives. They will analyze, document, and validate both AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, identify business gaps, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and perform fit-gap analysis to recommend standard ERP solutions that align with business requirements while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Requirements & Functional Documentation: The Business Analyst will prepare clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria to support solution design and development. They will create BPMN process diagrams and business workflows, translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the implementation team, and maintain end-to-end requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
- Solution Validation & Delivery Support: The Business Analyst will validate functional solutions before customer demonstrations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality expectations. They will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate defect tracking and resolution, support data migration validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and assist during Go-Live and Hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the solution.
- Stakeholder Management: The Business Analyst will facilitate requirement discovery workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder sign-offs to ensure alignment throughout the project. They will manage requirement prioritization and change requests by evaluating business impact and maintaining scope control. Working closely with customers, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Technical teams, they will ensure effective collaboration, communicate project progress, highlight business impacts, and support informed decision-making throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: The Business Analyst will advocate the adoption of standard ERP practices and recommend process improvements that minimize unnecessary customization while maximizing business value. They will actively support business process optimization initiatives, leverage AI tools and modern business analysis techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making, and continuously develop their knowledge of business domains, ERP solutions, and industry best practices to deliver greater value to customers.

Must Haves
- Overall experience of 4–8 years, including a minimum of 2 years as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in requirement gathering, documentation, validation, training, or ERP implementation.
- Any one certification from IIBA:
- CBAP
- CCBA
- IREB CPRE
- Hands-on experience in BRD preparation and business process documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
