Summary

We are looking for a 'passionate sales enthusiast’ and a skillful business development executive (BDE) to contribute to achieve our marketing and sales goals. The BDE will primarily work as the front face of Emipro to the prospect who will be a spokesperson or decision-maker for a small and medium enterprises. You will have to understand their requirements, coordinate and discuss with your superior and direct the process further in alignment with Emipro’s business vision and ensure your interactions with our customers reflect positively on the company and its growth. We strongly believe that our business personnel should understand that, along with the ‘lift yourself up’ approach, we have to first ‘lift up our customers’. Your main objective will be to strengthen our customer base, providing them the best and apt business solutions and enabling their success journey easier and faster. In this role your focus must be customer-centric and you should prove yourself to be a skillful communicator with a good business acumen to step higher in the hierarchy of Emipro. As a proactive BDE, you will make sure that your customer funnel is efficiently progressing under the guidance of your superior till the deal closure ends and your department hands over customers to the customer success department team for the further journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services & solutions, the target market and competition.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects to understand their business needs, requirements, and pain points related to ERP implementation. Providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Educate and guide prospects on how Emipro’s services & solutions can help to streamline their day-to-day business operations.
  • Managing and updating Emipro’s internal CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions to effectively track and manage the sales pipeline and provide timely reports to the upper management.
  • Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for potential prospects, including pricing, scope of work, timelines, and terms and conditions. Collaborating with internal teams, such as the sr. business development manager (BDM) or technical team, to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are presented to prospects.
  • Conducting sales presentations and Emipro’s custom ERP solution demonstrations to potential prospects to showcase the benefits and features of the Odoo ERP solutions. Customizing presentations to address specific customer needs and requirements.
  • Negotiating with customers on pricing, contract terms, and other commercial aspects of the Odoo ERP implementation projects to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strategically upsell/cross-sell Emipro’s services & solutions to the prospects.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings. Gathering market intelligence and feedback from customers to inform sales strategies and identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Coordinate with Emipro’s internal teams, such as the sales, development, consulting and project management team, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of Odoo ERP implementation projects. Providing feedback and insights from customers to help improve Emipro’s services & solutions offerings and sales strategies.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas set by Emipro, consistently striving to achieve and surpass sales goals and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, ERP technologies, and sales techniques through continuous learning and professional development to enhance your own sales skills and knowledge.
