Get Support - Odoo Apps

If you face any issues while using our app and the issue is arising due to our app, we provide you complementary support for a duration of 90 days from the date of purchase of the respective app. To avail our support services, please follow these steps:

  • Visit Emipro Shop
  • If you already have an account on Emipro Shop, log into it. If you do not have an account, create a new one
  • Once you login to your account, go to the section called ‘My Support Tickets’ and create a new ticket to report the issue
  • Kindly explain your issue in detail (preferably with screenshots), mention steps to reproduce the issue & also include your Odoo Login Details & Server Access details in the ticket
  • On creating the ticket, your issue will be submitted to our support team and a support person will attend your ticket within 24 to 48 hours and will reply you via email
